Due to where I work and my insurance I had to use quest diagnostics for my genetic testing. I had my blood drawn on the 11th and still waiting on the results. I called the lab today and they said there was a error and they have to rerun the test so my results won't be back until Monday. So of course now I'm worried that either something might be wrong or they may have messed up the results. Has anyone used them for testing and what was your experience?

I used them for testing. I had my test done on Friday and the following Wednesday the results were in. The dr didn't tell me the results were in and said it will take at least one full week. I have the quest app and just so happened to check my app and the results were there! Of course it was hard to read so I called my dr office and they went over the results with me.

Hmmmmm. I have the app too and my status keeps saying unable to process. I'm having no luck with them at all.

I had my blood drawn on the 17th and still waiting for my results. I just signed up for an account on the Quest website but it says it won't post results for at least 24 hours, ugh. I checked my doctor's portal at least 20 times today, so anxious!
I was told 7-9 calendar days, but I am not sure if that includes the day the blood was drawn.
Patience is not my strong point.

My doctors office called the lab and they said they error was from not enough fetal fraction so they have to run the 2nd tube. Seems like I hear that a lot from them. I wish my insurance let me use someone else.

I think that is pretty common with this type of test, my OB prefers to run both the QNatal and Harmony at 12 weeks to prevent that issue, the fetal cell concentration is supposed to be higher then.

I had mine drawn at 12.5 weeks, I guess we will see if the second tube of blood works. They said it will be back Monday so we shall see. I just want to know that I'm having a healthy baby.

Mine was processed through Qnatal. I had results in a week, no issues.

Same thing just happened to me, my sample at 12w4d apparently wasn't concentrated enough, they had to draw a new blood sample and start over. I have to wait another 7 to 9 days. Arg!!!

I found this online and it is not helping me maintain my chill. At. All.
"Women whose results are not reported, indeterminate, or uninterpretable (a “no call” test result) from cell-free DNA screening should receive further genetic counseling and be offered comprehensive ultrasound evaluation and diagnostic testing because of an increased risk of aneuploidy."
OP, please update on Monday with how your test turned out, I am experiencing concerns. I didn't do the NT scan since the NIPT was supposed to be in lieu of that test, but now I am past that window and starting to regret the decision.
